This company is BS, the software is even worse. I will never recommend or purchase anything from Avanquest again. You guys got me for $40.00 but that is the last time. I bought the software from Staples in April 2022, and because there is no support available for the product, from what I can tell you can't download it. Which is really screwed because the box says "Bonus Download - Discless Install".
Guest 2, I am having the exact same issue with the software. I bought the same product on Amazon for $40 and the discless Install NEVER worked at all. Being trying to get support without any luck. I am so tired of fake companies selling fake software and not professional to even give you the customer support they claim is available. Total BS
Once you buy it, you better hope that you never have to do a reinstall. I've been trying for 2 months to get assistance and noting but playing e-mail tag. NO REAL HELP AVAILABLE.
